We are a
modern floating dock marina with slip sizes of 31, 38, 40, and 43 feet.
We offer individually metered power pedestals that combine dock lighting
and domestic water supply at each slip location. We offer power
provisions of 30 and twin 30 amps. Dock amenities also include half
length finger piers, an access bridge, convenient pump-out station,
security lighting, cargo carts to load and unload your gear, and
bathhouse accessibility 24/7.
Parkside
offers excellent water depths for both power and sail boats.
We are conveniently located on Frog
Mortar Creek, 3300 Edwards Lane, Middle River, Maryland
providing easy access from 702, I-83, and I-95. Parkside has
been the choice of many out-of-state boaters who, after years

to our seasonal mooring that runs from the first of May to the end of
October, Parkside also offers "Winter Wet Mooring" to both our seasonal
slip holders and transients. You will find our winter mooring rates to be
of incomparable value! The staff at Parkside maintains the docks in all
weather conditions and all slips are ice protected.
